Tiger Woods’ apparently ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is taking him to court over an NDA she claims she forced to sign, according to a new report.

Woods and Herman started dating in 2017, but haven’t been seen together in public since the US Open tennis tournament in August of last year.

Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Herman is now saying the NDA is being wrongfully enforced on her, citing the Speak Out Act.

The Act states that an NDA is not enforceable if agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

And Herman said in the documents that she’s being pressured to keep quiet and adhere to the NDA by a private trust ran by Woods.

Herman alleges she was made to sign the NDA at the start of the couple’s relationship, in August 2017.

TMZ said that Woods’ ex was ‘eager to share her experiences’ with the golf icon. It is unclear if Herman is making any accusations.
