On Friday night, the Chicago Bulls fought back to outlast the suddenly tanking Dallas Mavericks, 115-112, which eliminated Dallas from playoff contention.

Despite resting several of their core players, including Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic only playing 13 minutes, the Mavericks came out firing, jumping out to a 15-point lead in the first-half.

In the second-half, Chicago outscored Dallas 61-45 as the Mavericks threw some odd lineups out there to help potentially encourage a loss in their efforts to keep their top-10 protected pick.

The Mavericks had a chance down the stretch to force overtime but came up short.

Coby White led the way for Chicago with 24 points, seven rebounds, and a season-high 11 assists on 10-of-17 shooting from the field.
