Travis Scott’s interest in Dunks is a major reason why the global sneaker community became obsessed with the model in recent years. While he’s not the sole reason for its rejuvenation, it’s hard to deny Cactus Jack’s influence on a a generation of young fans. One of his personal favorites, the “Trail End Brown” SB Dunks, ended up becoming a significant muse to his catalog of Nike/Jordan collaborations, often revisiting that shade for his projects. It also catapulted that 2007 release from a relatively overlooked general release to one of the most sought after SBs of the past.

Today, you can’t find those Trail End Brown SB Dunks for under $2,000. So, Nike is fulfilling the demand with the release of a Dunk Low Next Nature bearing a nearly identical colorway of that new-age classic. Cacao Wow brown suede is placed atop white leather and black Swoosh logos, with a black interior lining and outsole matching its SB counterpart. The only differences, outside the obvious waistline of the tongue, is the black heel-tab.

Nike’s Next Nature Dunks retail at $115, a significantly more approachable price than the shoe it is ostensibly inspired by. Whether or not they’ll be readily available at retail remains to be seen.
