With most of the teams in the NBA’s Eastern Conference having mostly finalized their rosters for the 2023-24 season, we can begin to take stock of how the offseason went for each of the constituent ball clubs that make up the East. That includes the Philadelphia 76ers, Tonroto Raptors, New York Knicks, Miami Heat, Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons, Charlotte Hornets, Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Boston Celtics are of course among them.
To such an end, the hosts of the “Locked On NBA” podcast sat down to suss out the likely order of the Eastern Conference for the season ahead, with an eye to whether each team in the East is a club one should be buying or selling the stock of.
