Bee Line by Billionaire Boys Club and Timberland have joined forces again, this time on a footwear and apparel collection that goes live online on Friday.
Bee Line creative director Joe Au reimagined the Bee Line x Timberland 6-inch Rubber Toe Boot in tonal wheat, black and red colorways—the red paying homage to the 2014 “Crimson” style, limited to just 300 pairs in the world. Offered in men’s and women’s sizes, these waterproof boots feature premium nubuck leather, updated with rubber toe caps and overlays for added protection in the elements. True to both brands’ dedication to responsible design, they feature TimberDry waterproof linings made of 50 percent recycled plastic and ReBotl fabric linings containing at least 50 percent recycled plastic.
The Bee Line x Timberland Sherpa Fleece Jacket is made of 100 percent ReBotl fabric, while the New York Hoodie and LS Graphic Tee are each made of 100 percent organically grown cotton. The Printed Jacket and Printed Pants, featuring a bespoke gargoyle beeline print by Shaun Crawford, are also made of ReBotl fabric, containing at least 40 percent recycled plastic. Capping the collection is the Bee Line x TimberlandBeanie, made of 60 percent recycled polyester, 30 percent acrylic and 10 percent wool.
The Bee Line x Timberland FW22 capsule will be available at BBC Icecream U.S. and EU flagships and websites beginning Nov. 11. The collection will see a wider release on Nov. 17 at Timberland retail stores, timberland.com and select wholesale partners worldwide.
This collaboration comes on the heels of Timberland’s partnership with Pangaia on a limited capsule collection featuring eco-friendly components including abaca plant fiber. Timberland has debuted a range of sustainability initiatives throughout the past year since it announced its plan to become net positive by 2030, including bio-based soles and Timberloop, a circularity-minded take-back program.
