Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is taking her dispute with the golfer to an appeals court in Florida, as the legal row took another turn this week.
Her case against the 15-time Major winner was rejected by a Florida state judge twice earlier this month.
And now the 38-year-old has filed a notice of appeal to the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida, according to court records obtained by USA TODAY Sports.
