The Oklahoma City Thunder spent Wednesday beefing up their non-player roles.

After adding renown shooting coach Chip Engelland to their coaching staff, the Thunder also added former Philadelphia 76ers executive Vince Rozman in the scouting department as VP of Identification and Intelligence, per ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Rozman spent 15 years with the Sixers, where he worked his way up from intern to assistant general manager. Rozman worked in analytics, strategics, scouting and was a salary cap guru with the Sixers.

Rozman also played a role in the Sixers drafting players such as Tyrese Maxey, Matisse Thybulle and Shake Milton.

The Thunder have been relatively quiet in the offseason in terms of players, but were busy on Wednesday adding significant people to their coaching staff and front office.
