The full 2022-23 schedule has yet to come out, but there are little leaks here and there as the 82-game grind begins to form.
The Philadelphia 76ers will play on Christmas Day when they take on the New York Knicks on the road and they will also open the season on the road when they take on the Boston Celtics on Oct. 18. That will be a nice test to open up the season to see how far they really have to go.
Of course, it will just be opening night so it won’t be this huge deal, but the Celtics are the defending Eastern Conference champions at the moment. The Sixers will get their first test rather early as they look to make a deep run of their own into the playoffs.
