The OKC Blue continues to wheel and deal under general manager Nazr Mohammed.
The Blue — the Oklahoma City Thunder’s G League affiliate — announced on Friday that they have acquired two second-round picks from the Iowa Wolves in the 2022 NBA G League Draft in exchange for the rights of Justin Jaworski.
The Iowa Wolves are the G League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Blue received the 41st and 42nd overall picks and will now have five total selections in Saturday’s NBA G League Draft, including the fifth, eighth and 66th picks.
Jaworski played in 37 games with Oklahoma City during the 2021-22 season and averaged 8.0 points and 2.6 rebounds per game while shooting 40.2 percent from the field and 37.6 percent from three.
The Blue is scheduled to start their season on Nov. 4 against the G League Ignite.
