While the in-budget model provided five initial colorways during its July debut, the aforementioned Lakers ensemble takes the design elements of its color blocked predecessor to new heights with a graffiti graphic fillIng the jacquard mesh of the midfoot, heel and inner lining. The forefoots webbed construction renders a vivid purple shade amidst a dim black background that’s tongue, leather overlays and back tab are additionally color matched while featuring a golden Swoosh and lion insignia. The latter violet palette varies from light to vibrant hues dancing across the eyestays, tongues pull tab and semi-translucent cage extending from the similarly treated tread.
