Nike Air Force 1 “Year Of The Dragon” FZ5052-131

Nike is taking “The Year Of The Dragon” by storm.

Off the heels of Jordan Brand and a number of Nike Basketball athletes unveiling their Chinese New Year designs, the Air Force 1 is set to join the party. The shoes may not scream celebration at first glance as Nike opts for a neutral base on this pair, but a closer look reveals an array of rich, intricately crafted details.

Beginning at the top, the shoe’s tongue is crafted from satin, adorned with a subtle, lantern-inspired pattern. The red tongue tab stands out, featuring the iconic “Just Do It” slogan, intricately blended with a small dragon symbol. Further down, the eye-catching, orb-shaped lace dubrae resembles a dragon’s eye. The Swoosh and heel tab boast a dragon-scale pattern, set against a lush green backdrop for striking contrast with the white side panels. More color is added with a blue mini Swoosh on the toe, matching and blue stitching on the heel.
