Nike Air Force 1 Low Valentine’s Day Sail Maroon Pink

Nike takes Valentine’s Day very seriously, delivering no shortage of romance-sparking offerings. Sneaker culture, too, is quick to get into the spirit of the holiday, falling fast in love with many of the Swoosh’s creations. Thankfully, though, not all of what’s to release is designed like heart-shaped jewelry, likely so that pairs such as this newly-revealed Air Force 1 could be worn well beyond February 14th.

Though lacking in overt references to the holiday, this take on the Nike Air Force 1 “Valentine’s Day” is just as much a celebration of love and affection. Colors signature to the holiday — namely, light pinks and deep reds — are not only in tow but at the helm: the lighter of the two highlights the Swoosh, heel tab, and adjacent branding, while its darker counterpart marks the overlays, laces, and outsole. The base of the shoe, from the mid-panel to the toe box and tongue, then rounds out the palette in a warm, light cream shade.
