Mail Sport’s Ian Ladyman has said Man United fans were ‘moronic’ to boo Erik ten Hag for his decision to substitute Rasmus Hojlund.

The Red Devils suffered another damaging defeat at the weekend suffering a 3-1 loss at the hand’s of Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton.

Rasmus Hojlund, who cost United £72million this summer, was substituted after 64 minutes, prompting boos from United fans in Old Trafford.

Gary Neville has slammed Manchester United’s new signings, claiming that he ‘never thought for one second’ that they’d be good enough to help the club challeng rivals Manchester City or Arsenal.

Erik ten Hag acquired several new players signing Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount and Andre Onana, spending nearly £200million on signings, but they have failed to have a big impact at the club so far this season.

Antony accuser ‘DROPS her complaint against the Man United star

First, reports this morning suggest that one of the three women to accuse United winger Antony of violent behaviour has dropped their case.

The 23-year-old is accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriedn Gabriela Cavallin on four occasions and is being investigated by police in Sao Paulo and in Manchester.

He has denied any wrongdoing and has not been arrested or charged.

But a third case involving an incident in a car in 2022 has been withdrawn at the request of the alleged victim, according to a new report.
