Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer maintains the reality star lost 16 pounds in three weeks the “healthy way.”

“I think one of the misconceptions is — she works really hard. I was there through the process and it wasn’t like a starving yourself type of thing,” Don-A-Matrix told TMZ.

“She’s been on a real balanced diet and at times she wouldn’t eat as much, but then the second thing was she went to the gym and put the work in.”

Don-A-Matrix, who also has worked with Khloé Kardashian over the years, maintained that the Skims founder was “sometimes” working out “twice a day.”

“It’s possible to lose 20 pounds in a healthy way,” he added, providing no specific timeline.

Kardashian, 41, came under fire for admitting she followed a “strict” diet for three weeks in order to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala.

“To walk on a red carpet and do an interview where you say how starving you are… because you haven’t eaten carbs in the last month…all to fit in a f–king dress?” “Riverdale” star Lili Reinhart, 25, wrote on her Instagram Story Tuesday. “So wrong. So f–ked on 100s of levels.”

The actress, who did not call out Kardashian by name, added that it is “disgusting” for celebrities to admit to “starving” themselves considering how many people look up to them.

“To openly admit to starving yourself for the sake of the Met Gala. When you know very well that millions of young men and women are looking up to you and listening to your every word,” Reinhart continued. “The ignorance is other-worldly disgusting.”
