Angelina Wiley went viral on TikTok after revealing a tragic story turned endorsement for Kim Kardashian’s Skims shapewear brand when she was shot four times.
Wiley, who goes by Nina, was shot four times in Kansas City, Missouri, on January 1, 2023, while she was waiting for a Lyft – and said her injuries would have been worse if she wasn’t wearing a bodysuit from Kardashian’s popular loungewear brand.
“Kim Kardashian saved my life,” Wiley announced in the TikTok video about her harrowing experience.
“This New Year’s, I got shot four times. The night I got shot, under my dress, I was wearing a Skims shaping bodysuit,” Wiley continued.
“It was so tight on me that it literally kept me from bleeding out,” she explained, before comparing the underwear to “body armor for women.”
Wiley not only recommends the $68 bodysuits, she said she’s “definitely gonna buy some more” because she “should wear it everyday.”
“Call it fate or Jesus, but Imma call it Kim,” Wiley, 22, said, captioning the video “no but fr, thanks kim” — and the “Kardashians” star took notice, reposting the video as an Instagram Story with the comment “wowww” and the praying hands emoji.

“Everybody donate to this poor girls gofundme instead of buying skims,” one commenter wrote, as Wiley currently is seeking to raise money on her GoFundMe, where she documents her road to recovery.
Multiple followers called for Kardashian to make Wiley a model or send her Skims. One commenter urged, “send her a new one for free pls this girl can’t be walking around w a bullet hole in her skims.”
“The detectives have my skims bc it’s a part of the investigation so I have 0 skims now 😭😭😭,” Angelina responded.
We wouldn’t be surprised if Kardashian fulfills Wiley’s wish for daily body armor.
