Looks like Kim Kardashian and Kelly Rowland are each other’s workout “Motivation.”
The stars showed off their rock-hard abs on Thursday during a joint gym session with trainer Senada Greca.
“Nothing like working out with friends to keep you motivated,” the reality star, 42, captioned a mirror selfie with Rowland, alongside a kiss emoji.
The former Destiny’s Child member, also 42, re-posted the photo to her own Story, writing, “FACTS.”
In the sweaty snap, Rowland smiled as she flexed her core and flaunted her toned arm muscles in a black sports bra, matching leggings and socks.
Kardashian wore a similar outfit, her slim waist on display.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum clarified their lack of proper shoes, noting in another upload that she and Rowland exercised in sandals.
“Flip flip workout😂,” she captioned the video. “Don’t judge! We’re getting strong 💪.”
The Skims creator went on to share footage of herself doing pull-ups while wearing Yeezy slides, with Rowland doing squats in the background.

Greca showed more of the “fun training session” in Instagram posts of her own, gushing that Kardashian is “getting stronger by the day.”
The footage came one day after Kardashian flaunted her fit figure for her Instagram followers in a tiny string bikini.
“search for soul,” the Hulu personality captioned sultry photos of herself leaving little to the imagination while showering outdoors on Wednesday.
Kardashian, who often documents her workouts, made headlines last year when she lost 16 pounds in just three weeks in order to wear a Marilyn Monroe gown to the 2022 Met Gala.
While the makeup mogul attributed the drasric weight loss to cutting out carbs and sugar, rumors have swirled that she is one of the many Hollywood stars using weight-loss drug Ozempic.
Kardashian has yet to address speculation but did defend her extreme diet, telling the New York Times in June 2022 that her slimdown wasn’t an “unhealthy” one.
“To me it was like, ‘OK, Christian Bale can do it for a movie role and that is acceptable,’” she said.
“I wasn’t saying, ‘Hey everyone, why don’t you go lose this weight in a short period of time?’”
When Khloé Kardashian was similarly accused of using Ozempic to shed pounds in January, the Good American co-creator did clap back.
“Let’s no discredit my years of working out,” Khloé told “mean” Instagram trolls. “Please stop with your assumptions.”
