As if they wouldn’t nail Halloween.
Kim Kardashian and her 10-year-old daughter, North West, showed everyone how to win mother/daughter dressing on Instagram Tuesday, recreating the iconic plaid outfits that Cher Horowitz and her BFF Dionne Davenport wore in 1995’s “Clueless” for Halloween 2023.
The “Kardashians” star, 43, captioned her post “Clueless,” showing off a series of photos of herself dressed in the famous yellow plaid skirt suit that Alicia Silverstone sported in the teen flick as Cher while North dressed like Stacey Dash’s Dionne in black-and-white tartan.
Kardashian even recreated one of Cher’s most memorable lines — “Ugh, as if!” — in one photo as she posed in her short checked blazer and pleated skirt along with a matching yellow vest.
She stayed true to character with her accessories, naturally, wearing over-the-knee white socks with chunky white Mary Janes and carrying a furry white mini backpack.
The Skims founder wore a blond wig in the photos, wearing long French nails and minimal makeup.
Meanwhile, North rocked Dionne’s look in her own plaid skirt set, topping it off with an enormous white hat trimmed with black ribbon and a red rose, just like the “Clueless” character.
Like her mom, the celeb daughter wore high socks with her outfit, carrying a black handbag and a very “buggin’” expression in the adorable pics.
They fully committed to the bit, even posing in a Jeep just like Cher and Dionne, although Kardashian, of course, isn’t a “virgin who can’t drive.”
They mommy/daughter duo got plenty of love on the post, with celeb pal Lala Anthony writing, “Look at you two!😍😍😍😍😍😍.”
This is Kim’s first Halloween costume of the year, with more sure to come, but North has already gotten started on the spooky holiday; she dressed up as dad Kanye West’s iconic “Graduation” bear over the weekend. And aunt Kourtney Kardashian — who is due to give birth to her son with Travis Barker on Oct. 31 — channeled her own sister by wearing Kim’s exact floral Givenchy gown from the 2013 Met Gala.

“Knowing kim i bet these are the same exact outfits worn in the movie 🤔😁😁” an Instagram user joked, referencing Kardashian famously wearing one of Marilyn Monroe’s gowns to the 2022 Met Gala.
Some weren’t as into the pics, like one follower who went “way harsh” by writing, “Kim has finally accepted that she is clueless.. hallelujah..breakthrough at last.”
Kardashian is far from the first famous face to channel Cher’s legendary yellow plaid, with everyone from Harry Styles to Cara Delevigne dressing in versions of the tartan skirt set over the years.
Alicia Silverstone, 47, also stepped back into Cher’s shoes (and famous skirt suit) for a 2023 Super Bowl commercial and wore another “Clueless”-inspired look for an October Marc Jacobs ad.
As for Kim and North, we have a feeling Silverstone will totally approve.
