Kuminga was one of multiple Warriors players who teammate Draymond Green urged to participate in the competition but ultimately did not. However, the rookie did play in the Rising Stars game on Friday night.

JTA scored points of 44 and 43 on his two first-round dunks for a total of 87 points, finishing second to Toppin (90) by three points. In the second and final round, the Warriors forward scored an underwhelming 39 and 30 on each of his two dunks, totaling 69 points to Toppin’s 92.
