However, the Texas Rangers defeated Tuesday’s home team for a second straight day to get within one game of winning the World Series.

The Masters is golf’s signature annual event, played at Augusta National Golf Club. The winners of the tournament are traditionally given a green jacket in addition to any prize money.

Rahm won the 2023 Masters Tournament in April by four strokes over Brooks Koepka and Phil Mickelson.

The 2023 Masters Tournament was Rahm’s second victory in a major tournament, after the 2021 U.S. Open.

Rahm stayed for Game 4 of the World Series, watching it from the crowd.

The reigning champion of the Masters Tournament is allowed to take the green jacket away from Augusta for only the year after it was won.

Rahm was also integral in helping Europe win the biennial Ryder Cup in September.
