‘Shang-Chi’ star Meng’er Zhang to play a ‘fierce huntress’ in Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’ Season 3
Netflix announced on Thursday that its hit fantasy drama series “The Witcher” would return for its third season with several new cast members, including actor Meng’er Zhang from “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.” Meng’er Zhang played Shang-Chi’s estranged younger sister Xialing in the Marvel film, wowing crowds with her powerful moves and fierce determination to survive at all costs. “The Witcher” series, which is based on Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski’s books by the same name, follows the journey of monster-hunter Geralt of Rivia, played by Henry Cavill, and his quest to serve as crown princess Ciri of Cintra’s protector.
