As the Philadelphia 76ers return home on Tuesday for a rematch with the Detroit Pistons, they might be getting a bit healthier with the return of two starters.
Joel Embiid, who has missed three straight games due to left foot soreness, has been upgraded to questionable for the rematch with the Pistons. Coach Doc Rivers did mention on Sunday that he was making progress forward during his recovery.
As for PJ Tucker, he missed Sunday’s win over the Pistons due to a non-COVID illness. Rivers mentioned it was a sinus issue for the veteran, but he is listed as probable to return to the floor.

If the Sixers can get Embiid back on the floor, that will be a big help to the group as they all move forward. As for Tucker, he is still an important piece to Philadelphia. He is losing a step on the defensive end, but he is still a guy who can swing games for the Sixers in their favor.
