Philadelphia defeated Utah, 104-94, Wednesday, in the Salt Lake City Summer League at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Former Vol Jaden Springer totaled 18 points, three assists and two rebounds for the 76ers. He converted 4-of-12 field goal attempts, 1-of-3 three-point attempts and 9-of-10 free throw attempts.

Springer is averaging 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in two contests during Salt Lake City Summer League play.

He played for Tennessee from 2020-21 and was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.

Springer was drafted by Philadelphia in the first round of the 2021 NBA draft (No.  28 overall).

He came to Tennessee from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. He was a McDonald’s All-American.

The 76ers next play Thursday against Oklahoma City. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. EDT and the game will be televised by ESPN2.
