Jack Draper is into the quarter-finals of the Adelaide International after saving two match points in a comeback win over Serbia’s Miomir Kecmanovic.

The British number four was down a set early, but won the next two sets in tie-breaks as he earned a marathon 5-7 7-6 (9) 7-6 (7) victory in three hours and 39 minutes.

Following a back-and-forth opening set, the intensity lifted in the second as Draper fought to stay alive.

Despite facing two match points in the tie-breaks, the 22-year-old held on to claim the set and, ultimately, the match.
