Morocco and the rest of the world will be pleased with their performance in the FIFA World Cup. While the entire team deserves credit, some players, such as Sofyan Amrabat, stood out.
Macron was in the stands as his country qualified for back-to-back World Cup Finals. Amrabat was their shining star in midfield, and his skill for the Atlas Lions in the World Cup wowed everyone. Macron was quick to praise the Fiorentina midfielder as well.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Macron was quoted as calling Amrabat, ‘the best midfielder of the tournament’, in front of the Moroccan team.
