Do the Boston Celtics have a real identity this season? The ball club started out their 2022-23 campaign with a historic offense that knocked opposing teams out of their game so quickly they could not recover, but then their offensive game came down to earth a bit as their defense began to ramp up.
Not long after that, big man Robert Williams III returned to the team and bolstered the defense in so doing, but he wasn’t around long before he got hurt again and the Celtics started playing middling ball on both ends of the court.
