With the rise of countless new anime, there’s been much debate around what currently makes up the “Big Three.” And while it’s (personally) difficult to put anything next to One Piece, I can’t deny that Demon Slayer deserves to be in the conversation.
Alongside dominating the box office with the premiere of “Mugen Train,” Demon Slayer has garnered extremely well-received collaborations with the likes of Uniqlo, Champion, and, most surprisingly, ASUS. Even Crocs seems to enjoy the series — so much, in fact, that they’ve crafted an entire capsule dedicated to its core cast: Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, and Zenitsu.
Releasing at New York Comic Con later this week and at Foot Locker soon after, the Demon Slayer x Crocs collection incorporates many of the design elements signature to the above-mentioned characters. Their respective patterns, for example, are applied to much of the clogs’ exterior, while the straps, hardware, and included Jibbitz reference some of the finer details, from the Nezuko’s Travel’s box to Inosuke’s mask and fur-accented bottom.
