They just have a chip on their shoulders.

Kris Jenner was mercilessly mocked as “off brand” after claiming in a new advertisement that she was the mastermind behind the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia.

“My latest creation is finally here!! Introducing MY Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia!!! ” the 67-year-old “Kardashians” star captioned an Instagram ad for the product on Friday, tagging Doritos and Papa John’s in the post.

In the promotional video, the momager explains that she was the one who came up with the idea for the partnership that created the part-pizza, part-sandwich entrée in the Cool Ranch flavor.

“I know a thing or two about creating a brand. And I’m here to tell you that this new amazingly delicious idea for the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia was all mine,” she said in the clip. “I mean who else would come up with such a genius idea?”

Jenner claimed that she was on her way to a meeting with one of her daughters when she reached for a bag of Doritos Cool Ranch from her purse at the exact same time she passed the popular pizza franchise.

“I immediately stop the car, called my kids, and said, ‘Your mom just came up with the best idea ever.’ And here were are. I mean, look at this thing. Take it from me,” she said.

But Jenner was immediately called out by skeptical Instagram users who found the entrepreneur’s story hard to believe.

“Can she get an Oscar, I believed the ‘whole’ story hahaha,” a critic joked.

“Kris, respectfully, I’ve seen hostage videos more convincing than this,” a netizen jabbed.

“This is so cringe but I still love her 😂,” another added.

But fans of Jenner defended the Hulu personality, claiming that she is just doing good business.

Jenner’s daughters also have a track record of doing questionable food collaborations.

In March, Kourtney Kardashian, 44, was dubbed “disgusting” for keeping food on her bathroom floor during her 2022 photo shoot for the plant-based chicken brand Daring.

And last May, Kim Kardashian, 42, was taunted for not actually eating one bite of the Beyond Meat products she was promoting in an advertisement.

But it was Kendall Jenner, 27, who faced the most heat when she starred in a notoriously tone-deaf 2017 commercial for Pepsi for which she was accused of trivializing the Black Lives Matter movement.
