Fans have taken to social media to criticise Raheem Sterling for failing to pass to a teammate while through on goal in Chelsea’s clash with Wolves.

Sterling pounced on a poor pass out from defence before driving towards Jose Sa in the Wolves goal with Nicolas Jackson and Cole Palmer in tow.

Despite having two options to his right, he charged forward and unleashed a shot at Sa who saved well to deny the hosts an opener.

Immediately after the move, supporters online questioned why Sterling hadn’t attempted to play in one of his teammates.
