Veteran point guard Malcolm Brogdon and Grant Williams aren’t exactly new to leadership positions as members of the National Basketball Players Association executive committee.

But the Boston Celtics duo will continue to build on that experience from a coaching perspective while assisting NBA Africa, the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), and the Egyptian Basketball Federation host the 2022 Basketball Without Borders Africa camp in Egypt. It is to run from Sunday, Aug. 28 – Wednesday, Aug. 31 at Hassan Mostafa Indoor Sports Complex in Cairo, Egypt. Per a press release from the NBA, the event the first time the league and FIBA’s global basketball development and community outreach event is to held in Egypt.
