Inspiring stories from some of our amazing customers
My mother who died in 2005 – like all mothers she cared for her husband and me, always putting us first. During Covid I came to realise how she must have felt during WW2 – without her husband and a very loud war around her but they carried on with day to day things. When my father returned from the war life carried on with so many shortages and when I was born she made sure I was looked after she made all her own clothes for the family, she baked and cared for her loved ones. Life was hard – it is so much easier these days. My mother inspired me and my children.

I’m inspired by my best friend Susie, she’s had a few health issues to deal with during the last few years but throughout she’s stayed positive, strong and resilient. She inspires me every day!
