The Chicago Bulls fell to the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night, 126-123, despite having three days off from their last game on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans.

In classic Bulls fashion, they got off to a slow start in the first quarter as the Nuggets jumped out to a 32-20 lead at the end of one. At halftime, the Bulls deficit grew to 15.

In the second-half, it was a lot of the same for the Bulls as the Nuggets led from start to finish on Sunday.

Zach LaVine led the way for the Bulls with 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists on 8-of-15 shooting. DeMar DeRozan added 16 points and four assists.

DeMar DeRozan: C+

DeMar DeRozan finished Sunday’s game with 16 points, two rebounds, and four assists on 6-of-11 shooting from the field and 4-of-6 from the free throw line. DeRozan played a season-low 26 minutes due to the game getting out of control quickly in the second-half.

Zach LaVine: B

Zach LaVine led the Bulls in scoring on Sunday with 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists on 8-of-15 shooting. LaVine’s shot chart was a mixed back in the loss, shooting 7-of-9 from two yet just 1-of-6 from 3-point range.

Nikola Vucevic: C

Nikola Vucevic likely had his worst game of the season on Sunday, finishing with just nine points and six rebounds on 4-of-10 shooting. For Vooch, like DeRozan, played a season-low in minutes with just over 23 minutes as the Nuggets ran away with the game in the second-half.

Goran Dragic: B+

On the season, the veteran is averaging 10.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game off the bench.
