A ban from court wasn’t enough to stop Blac Chyna’s mom from going live on Instagram.
Tokyo Toni reacted to the judge’s decision on social media — obviously — and vowed to get revenge.
“This put me out the courtroom?” Toni asked someone off-camera Tuesday (via TMZ). “Oh, I can’t wait. I’m gonna get that judge. Never mind.”
Sources tell Page Six that the FBI was called, as threatening a judge is a federal offense.
Toni’s ban from the court came after she shredded the Kardashian-Jenners’ appearances on Instagram Live after attending jury selection Monday for Chyna’s lawsuit against the family.
“Khloé was shaking her f–king head off everything every juror said,” Toni, 50, recapped. “You all right, bitch? Did you have some Xanax or something before you got there, bitch?”
She also compared Kris Jenner to “the little man on the tricycle” in the horror movie franchise “Saw.”
“They look like they dead,” she said.
During Tuesday’s hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court, the Kardashian-Jenners’ attorney accused Toni of posting threats on her social media against his clients.
“Ms. Jenner was worried about her physical safety,” Michael Rhodes told the judge. He added that trying the case is “hard enough” with high-profile clients but even harder when he “has to worry about his clients.”
Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, meanwhile, said she was not aware of Toni’s Instagram Live but agreed Toni should not be inside the courtroom given the concerns Rhodes raised. Toni was not in attendance Tuesday.
Later in the hearing, the reality stars rebutted Chyna’s claims that they used their influence to cancel her and Rob Kardashian’s short-lived E! series, “Rob & Chyna.” Instead, they argued that they were trying to protect Rob, 35, from an abusive relationship.
Chyna, 33, is suing her former fiancé’s family for $40 million for loss of earnings and more than $60 million in future earnings. She claims the Kardashian-Jenners used their media machine to defame her and interfered with her contract for “Rob & Chyna.”
The family then turned around and filed their own lawsuit against Chyna.
