Barcelona bid farewell to key players Franck Kessie and Ousmane Dembele earlier this month.

The Spanish title holders are showing no sign of slowing down as they continue their player reshuffle during the final days of the summer transfer window.

Among the next to pack their bags are Clement Lenglet and Sergino Dest, both of whom appear to be destined to depart within the next two weeks.

Recent reports from Football Espana suggest that Dest, the USMNT right-back, is currently in the crosshairs of two clubs: Nice and PSV Eindhoven.

Instead of a permanent move, Dest is set to leave on loan, as he did last summer when he joined the Serie A side.

This time the loan move will come in the form of a buy option attached to the deal, allowing Barcelona to hold onto hope that it will be exercised within the next year.

With Barcelona actively scouting for fresh talent in the right-back position, the curtain is closing on Dest’s time with the club.

For the American right-back, his options remain between France, where Nice awaits, or a return to the Netherlands, his former stomping grounds while playing for Ajax.

It’s a similar fate for Clement Lenglet, as the central defender also prepares to leave the Catalan club.

Lenglet enjoyed a season in the Premier League at Tottenham Hotspur, though endured a tough season.

While the specifics of his destination remain undisclosed, rumblings indicate a possible move for the Frenchman. His departure marks the end of an era, as Lenglet had been a fixture in Barcelona’s backline for several seasons.

Hernandez’s side have seen a number of transfer moves this summer, including signing former Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan on a free transfer. Iñigo Martínez also joined on a free from Athletic Bilbao.

Franck Kessie departed the Spanish club for a £12million move to Al-Ahli, as well as Ousmane Dembele to European rivals PSG for £50m.

Dembele joins star man Kylian Mbappe in their quest for another Ligue 1 title.
