Averaging a crisp 30-piece since the All-Star break, Donovan Mitchell’s newfound scenery in Cleveland has been a more than effective gamble for the Cavaliers who sit as the No. 4 team in the Eastern Conference standings. While his fifth signature silhouette with the German sportswear giant was previewed at the launch of the brand’s “Remember Your Why” campaign in Salt Lake City, the adidas D.O.N. Issue #4 still has a few tricks up its sleeve such as this pastel-coated Easter ensemble.

From collaborative takes on childhood nostalgia to an extensive slate of team-centric color blockings, the four-time All-Star’s fourth signature tooling enjoys an Easter-inspired palette dominated by the majority of the upper’s real estate rending a vibrant coat of “Semi Mint Rush”. Illuminated by the latter’s digitized pink and cream accents, the “Wonder Mauve” treatment additionally concentrates on the inner sidewalls of the heel, the tongue’s logos and the mid-foot shank. Contrasted through an overwhelming “Off-White” association along the heel and Lightstrike sole unit underfoot, further faded pastels provide finishing touches to the heel’s 3-Stripes and Mitchell’s embossed last name.
